Today I was faced with the age old question.. To pluck or not to pluck that grey hair?? Its been plucked before, and is now growing back. With just ONE hair, not 2 like people say. That's a good sign. I'm ok with having 1 child and 1 grey hair. I chose to keep it, for now.
Another thing, I did day 2 of The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga. I weighed myself 2 days ago and I weighed 154. Today I was 153.5. Lets hope I lost a half a pound and it's not a fluke! I plan on taking measurements of my body to see if I lose inches too. Hopefully I'll get to that today.
My weight loss goal is to be under 140 pounds. That would be 15 lbs I need to lose. I want to lose that in 6 weeks. That would land around Addison's birthday, March 17th. So I will make that date my goal.
In the next 6 weeks, I'm going to do a detox diet and work out. Im not stopping or giving up. I'm trying to recruit people to make a goal with me and so far, I believe I found 2! I can't wait to see what we look like in 6 weeks. Maybe we should take pictures to see the difference too! Now that's REALLY scary!
If anyone else happens to fall upon my blog and wants in on this 6 week goal, let me know! The more the merrier! XOXO

I can't WAIT to get started! We're working on getting my body used to more veggies and less meats and breads in preparation for the fast! Even going to make my first home made vegetable broth sometime this week.
ReplyDeleteAs for the picture, no thanks! Don't forget that I have a thyroid disorder, quit smoking and had my entire life turn upside down which LEAD me to this place. I am going to focus on being healthy in general and not worrying about the pounds so much. I have WAY more than 15 to lose and if I focus on them it'll drive me nuts.
I'm so proud of you for standing up for yourself and making the changes in your life that you need for you. I'm also very honored to be doing this with you. It'll be great!
