Little Delay...

I decided that I wanted to wait for a partner to do the detox with. (and the store that I went to the night before I planned to do it didn't have anything I was looking for!!) I got Cassie to do it and she had some great suggestions. We are going to go to the farmers market to find a great selection on fruits and we're going to do an all fruit cleanse.

This is where we got the information for the detox. They say that the fruits take the toxins out of the body because of the acid in it. I think that an all fruit diet will taste a lot better than the lemon, cayenne, and maple syrup. The site says you can stay on the diet for as long as 10 days if you are really overweight or unhealthy. The length still needs to be determined. I'm thinking 7 days would suffice for right now.

They say you can also work out and do this diet at the same time. They actually suggest that you do 30 minutes of exercise in the open air to help your body eliminate the waste. You can do as much as walking to running.

I just got The Biggest Loser Yoga Weight Loss DVD. I did the first day today. I feel great and level 1 was way more intense than I thought it would be.

I'm really glad that I'm getting back into having a healthy life. I plan on sticking to it this time!
