Today is the start of day 2. Yesterday was interesting. I'm still trying to figure out what to eat, whats ok, and whats not. I had a 1/4 of a grapefruit for breakfast. I decided that grapefruit isn't my thing, so I need to find something else.. or add sugar, and thats a no-no. For Lunch I snacked on edamame, raw carrots, mandarins, and an apple. Dinner was a little more filling. I made a vegitable soup. It was pretty good. I added a little hot sauce because I need my soup spicy! :) My soup had lots of cabbage, onion, some okra, snap peas, carrots, and garlic.
If my scale is right, it said that I lost 3 pound, but thats a little hard to believe! I am taking some Slimquick that helps with a Detox, maybe that has something to do with it too?? I don't know. But if it keeps going this way, Im going to be down to my goal weight in no time!
I haven't worked out yet, still trying to get over a cold. I think I will do my Biggest Loser Yoga today if I start to feel a little better.
Cassie and Heather are doing this with me, so I would love to hear how their day 1 went!!!

AND I NEED COFFEE!! Thats one of the hardest parts of this whole thing. Guess Green Tea will have to do for now...
